MASSIVE CROWD AT 'THE MANDATE MOVEMENT' LGA APC MEETING IN IGBOGBO/ BAYEKU LCDA. | ...As Odusoga, TMM Chairman, praises Odunmbaku, Sanwo-Olu, Obasa, Abiru, Benson, Others, Insist TMM is One in Ikorodu Division.

A massive crowd of ' The Mandate Movement ' APC members in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA of Lagos State, on Friday assembled at Apalura, Igbogbo, the residence of Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, a GAC Member, Lagos State, to have their LGA meeting. MegaXpression News  reports that the crowd, comprising of  TMM members across the five Wards of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, attended the meeting in large number. EID-EL-KABIR: SENATOR TOKUNBO ABIRU FEEDS HOUSEHOLDS, DISTRIBUTES OVER 8,500 FOOD PACKS TO LAGOS EAST CONSTITUENTS.

Over 8,500 households in the Lagos East Senatorial District, today benefited from the Ileya edition of the Food Pack distribution programme of Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru. Excited beneficiaries who were drawn from the 16 Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas of the district, thronged venues of the Food pack distribution in their respective communities. This kind gesture is coming barely 90 days after the Senator, shared over 10,000 Foodpacks to residents, particularly vulnerable people in the Senatorial District, in commemoration of his 60th birthday.  Senator Abiru, who is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance and Other Financial Institutions, and also Chairman, Southern Senators’ Forum, in his Sallah goodwill message to esteemed Constituents of the district, reiterated his commitment to the pursuit of laws, programmes and interventions that will improve their quality of life, and that of all Nigerians.

Democracy Day in Nigeria marks the day the military handed over power to an elected civilian government in 1999, marking the start of the longest continuous civilian government since Nigeria's independence from colonial rule in 1960. It is a tradition that held annually. For two and half decades, the Nigerian military has handed over power to a civilian leader, elected in a colorful ceremony in the country's capital, Abuja. The ceremony brought together Heads of State and representatives from more than 40 countries. The atmosphere was good and the new President promised prosperity to the thousands of his compatriots who were in the stadium. Few weeks after the removal of Mr   Shakiru Sanni as Olumale Eluku, the Lantan Onanusi Family of Igbogbo, under the able leadership of Chief Tajudeen Alade Onasanya , the Olotu Ebi of the family, has installed Chief Olajide Keshinro of Torobiowu Branch of Lantan Onanusi family, as the new Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom.
