AROYEWUN'S MENTORSHIP INITIATIVE: JIMI BENSON, MERANDA, OBASA INSPIRE YOUTH TO LEAD WITH CHARACTER, COMPETENCE AND PURPOSE
The second edition of the Mentorship Session with HOA 2.0 , hosted by the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, Omo’ba Hammed Aroyewun, has challenged young people to embrace purposeful leadership, build strong character and develop the competence required to transform their communities. Held under the theme, “ Leading with Purpose: Mentoring the Next Generation of Transformational Leaders,” the programme brought together accomplished leaders, professionals and young mentees for an engaging exchange of knowledge, experience and practical wisdom. Aroyewun , in his address, described the initiative as an investment in people and a deliberate effort to prepare young minds for the responsibilities of tomorrow, stressing that leadership must be built on character, competence, integrity, courage and service.
