Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru FCA , has reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the completion of the ongoing reconstruction of the 34-kilometre Ikorodu–Itoikin Road and the 4.5-kilometre Itoikin–Ijebu-Ode Road after undertaking an inspection tour of the projects. During the inspection, the Lagos East lawmaker reviewed the pace and quality of work, interacted with engineers and project officials, and expressed satisfaction with the level of progress recorded so far. He emphasized the need to sustain the momentum to ensure timely delivery of the strategic road infrastructure. Senator Abiru disclosed that reconstruction from the Sabo Roundabout axis towards Itoikin has progressed to nearly seven kilometres, while approximately 4.5 kilometres have been completed from the Itoikin end towards Ikorodu.
