A massive crowd of 'The Mandate Movement' APC members in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA of Lagos State, on Friday assembled at Apalura, Igbogbo, the residence of Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, a GAC Member, Lagos State, to have their LGA meeting.

MegaXpression News reports that the crowd, comprising of TMM members across the five Wards of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, attended the meeting in large number.

Addressing the gathering, the TMM Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Mr Oluyemisi Odusoga, charged members to keep focus and be praying for the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, reiterating that TMM in Lagos State, particularly Ikorodu Division is one and united.

“Today is an affirmation of facts that TMM is one in Lagos State, under the able leadership of Cardinal James Odunmbaku, Baba Eto, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obada and Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe.

"In Ikorodu Division, Alhaji De Cubano and Hon. Adebimpe Akinsola, as Chairman and Secretary respectively. Other TMM leaders include Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru FCA, Rep. Babajimi Benson MHR, Engr. Kunle Oduborisha, Hon. Nurudeen Saka-Solaja, among others," Odusoga stated.

Also speaking, Mr Akeem Awosanya, Chairman TMM Apex body, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, said the gathering was an attestation that members are solidly behind APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, adding that the massive gathering was proof of the LCDA's support for the APC.

Awosanya, however, lauded President Tinubu and Gov. Sanwo-Olu for their restless efforts in ensuring better life for the people, noting that President Tinubu remained the best in terms of competence.

At the meeting, which recorded over 1,000 attendance, the LGA and Wards Excos were paraded for members to know them. While also, five bags of rice each were distributed to the five Wards of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, same as cash to convey their movement back to their various homes.
