CSO AGALI DISMISSES BANDIT RUMOUR AT MOREKETE COMMUNITY IGBOGBO, WARNS AGAINST MISINFORMATION. ...Charges residents to go about their lawful activities.


The Chief Security Officer, Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA, Mr Oludare John Igbasan, popularly known as Agali, has charged the public to ignore the fake news spreading around that there's an incident of bandit activity at Morekete Community Igbogbo, Lagos.

According to a release made available to MegaXpression Media on Wednesday, Agali said, "As the Chief Security Officer of the Executive Chairman igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, I wish to clearly state that there is no record or confirmation of any bandit activity in Morekete or in any part of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.

"Continuous checks with security formations, local vigilance groups, and intelligence sources within the community confirmed that the area remains calm and secure.

"Residents are advised to disregard any misleading message and refrain from spreading unverified information that could create panic. 

"Members of the public should go about their normal and lawful activities, while maintaining the usual level of security awareness. Any suspicious movement or activity should be promptly reported through the appropriate security channels. Be assured that we remain fully alert and committed to the protection of lives and property across the LCDA."
