REP. JIMI BENSON RALLIES CONSTITUENTS ON APC E-REGISTRATION, INSISTS IKORODU MUST MAINTAIN ITS LEAD IN LAGOS STATE. ...Canvasses unflinching support for Tinubu's Re-Election.


The Chairman House Committee on Defence and Lawmaker representing Ikorodu federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson MHR, has charged the APC Excos in the 30 Wards and 6 LGAs of Ikorodu federal Constituency, to increase efforts on the ongoing e-registration and revalidation of party membership exercise.

Benson, why addressing the large gathering, stated that internal party cohesion must not be compromised. He emphasized on the need for old members to revalidate their membership and new members to register, reiterating that having such a comprehensive database would guide party decisions and boost the development in Ikorodu Division.

Benson further sued for cooperation from all stakeholders of the party to enable Ikorodu record massive success as usual. "I call on all party members to cooperate with the officials and mobilize one another by coming out en masse to maintain Ikorodu's lead, not only in Lagos State, but in Nigeria" JB opined.

The erudite Lawmaker further preached to the Party faithfuls to ensure gets double of his votes from Ikorodu federal Constituency in 2027. He cited the unprecedented progress in key sectors, as evidence of Tinubu’s administration’s commitment to Nigeria’s economic transformation.

He listed another people-oriented interventions that are in the offing in 2026, Stadium in Ikorodu North LCDA, Federal Health Center in Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA, Flyover in Ikorodu West LCDA, among many more road projects.

In his eloquent remarks, Mayor Deen Sanwo-Ola, the Director General of the iCARE Foundation and a Strategist behind Benson's unprecedented achievements, explained that the Stakeholders' meeting was not merely a political gathering but a grassroots engagement mechanism designed to evaluate progress, gather feedback, and communicate federal policies directly to the people.

He announced the gesture that out smiles on the faces of the attendance, adding that more better opportunities awaits the people of Ikorodu federal Constituency in 2026

Sanwo-Ola urged continued collaboration with Rep. Babajimi Benson and key stakeholders to transform Ikorodu Division into lasting prosperity for current and future generations.

Earlier, Hon. Tijani Olasunjanmi, APC Chairman, Ikorodu LG, on behalf of the other APC Chairmen in Ikorodu federal Constituency, commended Rep. Babajimi Benson, for his unprecedented achievements as a Legislator, assuring of their undiluted support for JB's future endeavors.

In the same vein, the Six CDCs Chairmen in Ikorodu federal Constituency, equally reiterated their unflinching loyalty to Rep. Babajimi Benson, adding that his quality representation is second to none.
