Builder Olusesan Mayokun Daini, the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo Bayeku LCDA of Lagos State, was on Monday, September 16, 2024, attributed with tremendous praise from the Chairman House Committee on Defence and Member, Federal House of Representatives, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, during the Commissioning of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA’s new Legislative and Administrative Building.

The erudite Lawmaker cited Daini's relentless push for development projects like the ongoing Offin/Oreta road construction. He praised the Chairman for his dedication and hardwork, stating that the Legislative and Administrative edifice is a reflection of his commitment to the progress and upliftment of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA. 

"The building will not only improve the working conditions of Councillors, but will also provide a conducive atmosphere for effective legislative work,” Benson opined.

Also, the Lagos State APC Chairman, Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi, eloquently applauded the unprecedented achievements of Daini, noting that his work ethics is a testament of APC's fervent tendencies to deliver.

"The performance of Sesan Daini has indicated that Ikorodu leaders are doing a great job by presenting credible individuals for the Party. I am proud of Sesan Daini’s Accomplishment and I wish him greater things in the years to come in the interest of the good people of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA”, Ojelabi stated.

Recounting his strides, the performing Chairman Of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Builder Olusesan Daini, stated that the Legislative & Administrative Building was completed with no debt record.

"Today marks a momentous occasion as we commission this magnificent Legislative and Administrative Building. After over 7 years of tireless efforts, we have  finally  achieved another milestone, fulfilling a key promise to our people.

"This edifice is a testament to our commitment to providing a conducive environment for effective governance and service delivery. It will serve as a hub for legislative and administrative activities, fostering collaboration, innovation, and progress.

"I am proud to say that this project was awarded for completion within 12 months, but through sheer determination and hard work, we have delivered it in just 6 months. This is to confirm our commitment to efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence.

"This building is more than just a physical structure; it symbolizes our dedication to serving our community. This structure boasts of a 54-Seaters Chamber, 5 Councilors' Offices, the Clerk's Office, offices for 3 heads of department, and 30 workstation spaces. It also features 15 modern toilets and 17 Air-conditioned. I am pleased to note that all these facilities are fully furnished, ensuring our Councillors and staff  have the necessary tools to excel in their duties.

"As we round up our 2nd term in office, this project stands as one of the legacy of our administration's achievements. We have worked tirelessly to improve the lives of our citizens, and this building will serve as a hub for our continued efforts," Daini remarked.

He further appreciated all, who have contributed to the success for their timeless efforts. "I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone involved in this project, from conception to completion. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, and we are now beneficiaries of this wonderful facility.

"Let us continue to work together, using this building as a catalyst for progress, innovation, and growth. Thank you, and may this achievement stand as a monument to our unwavering commitment to serving our people," the Chairman added.
