CELEBRATING A MILESTONE: COMRADE JAPHETH ODESANYA MARKS 50TH BIRTHDAY IN GRAND STYLE. ....As Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Opeyemi Bamidele gives lecture, urges Ikorodu not to work against themselves in 2027.

On Friday, all roads were led to Ikorodu Town Hall, as people from all works of life, full the hall to capacity, to celebrate a monumental occasion, the 50th Birthday of Comrade Japheth Odesanya.

Japheth was the former SLG Ikorodu Local Government and presently the Owner of 'The Factor Classy' Ikorodu. He has no doubt contributed significantly to the growth of Ikorodu community.

Japheth is not just a prominent figure in Ikorodu; he is also one of the leading Aspirants in 2025 Chairmanship Elections in Ikorodu LG. His dedication to enhancing youth development reflects his passion to contest.

The event, was indeed a vibrant gathering, filled with love, laughter, and camaraderie. Guests adorned in stylish attire mingled, sharing stories and reminiscing about their experiences with the Birthday celebrant. The atmosphere was festive as people enjoyed delicious cuisine and captivating performances by the Fuji star, Alhaji Sulaimon Adio Atawewe, added to the joyous celebration.

The peak of the event was the lecture delivered by the distinguished Guest Lecturer and Senate Majority Leader, Senator (Dr.) Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, who did justice to the topic: Local Government Administration in Nigeria: Challenges, Perspectives and the Way forward.

Bamidele, thereafter enjoined Royal fathers and Community leaders in Ikorodu Division, to keep praying for Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru and Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson MHR, adding that the duo are great asset for Ikorodu's request to become Lagos State Governor in 2027.
"It is only Ikorodu that can stop themselves from producing the next Governor in 2027. I there urge the followers not to cause dispute between Senator Tokunbo Abiru and Rep. Babajimi Benson," Senator Bamidele warned.

Meanwhile, heartfelt speeches were equally said, celebrating Comrade Japheth Odesanya’s accomplishments and the positive influence he has on those around him.

Former Minister and GAC member, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe , has denied reports claiming he endorsed Hon. Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo for a second term bid to represent Ikorodu Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
