MAMMOTH CROWD, AS IGBOGBO BEGINS 2024 EYIBI/ ELUKU FESTIVAL. | Shakiru Seidu. ...Monarch, Chiefs call for peaceful celebration.

The Market Square/ Ita-Efulase in Igbogbo, was on Wednesday witnessed a large number of Sons, Daughters and residents of Igbogbo community, celebrating this year's Eyibi/ Eluku festival in a unique style.

In the process, different Agemo Masquerades came out one after the other to display their skills and entertained the Kabiyesi, Chiefs, traditional leaders, among others. Thereafter, the Onire Masquerade came out, while people were seriously praying for themselves and Igbogbo Kingdom.

His Royal Majesty, Oba (Barr.) Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, also used the avenue to pray fervently for the growth and development of Igbogbo community.

The festival is a week event, and it'll attract not only the natives of Igbogbo, but also visitors from all walks of life, as it's marked with great fan-fare and festivity.
