REP. BABAJIMI BENSON COMPLETED 64TH FACILITATED ROAD PROJECT, AS IKORODU MONARCH COMMISSIONS OLUNLA ASOLO ROAD AGBEDE. | Shakiru Seidu. …Says Agbede/Ita Oluwo link road to be completed by June 2025.

The Chairman, House Committee on Defence, representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson MHR, has again delivered another facilitated road project to his Constituents. This time around is Olunla road, which happens to be his 64th completed road so far.

Benson, during the commissioning, described the projects as fulfilling the needs of the people by providing easily accessible good road. ”This is another promise fulfilled to the good people of Agbede community, as a reward for their monumental votes during the last general elections, as we'll ensure no community is left out in dividends of Democracy”, Benson stated.

He promised the completion of Agbede/Ita Oluwo link road by June 2025, urging the people to be patient with the current administration at the federal and State level. He assured of bringing more dividends of Democracy to the good people of Ikorodu Federal Constituency.

The Lawmaker further appealed to the conscience of the people that the Issue of hunger will be resolved as the Federal and State government are making deliberate efforts to clear the debts, grow foreign reserves and also, attend to welfare of Nigerians.

In his royal remarks, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Rep. Benson for his outstanding contributions to the community, noting that the completion of Agbede Road is a record breaking.

Alhaji Abdulrasheed Adebola, a Community Developer, appreciated Benson on behalf of the Joint CDAs, for bringing relief to the people of Agbede Community, while appealing for more in the area.
