The Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo'ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun HOA , on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 , inaugurated the 6th legislative Assembly in the Council, following the closure of the fifth Assembly. Proclaiming the Assembly, Omo'ba Aroyewun charged the members of the Council Legislative Arm to assist the Council in making good laws that would bring about development and make lives easier for the people of the LCDA. He further congratulated members of the Council Legislative Arm on their Elections and assured them of his administration’s support. The immediate past Chairman of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Builder Olusesan Mayokun Daini , on Sunday July 27, 2025, conferred with the Otun-Asiwaju of Methodist Church Igbogbo , as he marked the end of his tenure as Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, with a thanksgiving Service. Recall, Builder Olusesan Mayokun Daini , the immediate past Chairman, inaugurated in July 2017, to oversee the administrative activities of the LCDA. While addressing the gathering, Daini stated that it was pertinent for him and his families to thank God for choosing him amongst others to serve in such capacity while acknowledging that ingratitude is a sin which warranted the thanksgiving Service.
