APC CONGRESS: STAKEHOLDERS IN IKORODU DIVISION RESOLVE CRISIS, AGREE ON TINUBU'S DIRECTIVES. | Shakiru Seidu. We must remain one indivisible entity, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye, Alhaji Gafaar appeal to party members.

In furtherance of the APC’s ongoing congresses and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's directives in Lagos State to return all first timers and replace those that have served for two terms and above, the highest decision making bodies of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikorodu Division on Friday, 11th of May, 2018, met to resolve the controversies affecting the ward congresses.

Prince Abiodun Ogunleye, former Deputy Governor, Lagos State, in his opening remarks embraced all and sued for cordial working relationship. "It's not a sin, moving from one leader to another, we must see ourselves as one", he said. The convener of the meeting, Alhaji Musibau Gafaar, APC Vice Chairman, Lagos East senatorial district, also sued for peaceful coexistence among the leadership of the Party and its members.

"Ikorodu Division must not left back in the scheme of things in Lagos State", Asipa Kaoli Olusanya revealed why addressing the gathering. He enjoined all to accommodate all interest and stick with the directive of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In the same vein, Hon. Babajimi Benson enjoined all to embrace Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's directive and asked to entertain unity among each other. "We most work together to economically project Ikorodu Division", he pleaded.

Hon SOB Agunbiade, in his eloquent remarks, pleaded with Prince Abiodun Ogunleye and other leaders to forgive party members that might have offended them. Hon Adebimpe Akinsola revealed how all groups interest were carried along in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA and implored all to respect the directives of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

After a robust deliberation, MegaXpression gathered that, the leaders resolved to go back to their various local governments and harmonize lists in line with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's directives.
