HON SAKA-SHOLAJA OFFERS FREE JAMB REGISTRATION TO 350 CONSTITUENCY STUDENTS. | Shakiru Seidu. ...Says it's Knowledge Development Intervention in Ikorodu Constituency II.

Lagos State House of Assembly Member, representing Ikorodu Constituency II, Hon. Nurudeen Saka-Sholaja, has flagged-off the distribution of free Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board, JAMB, forms to prospective candidates from Igbogbo/Bayeku, Ijede and Imota LCDAs.

The Lawmaker, who is equally the Chairman, House Committee on Appropriation, revealed to MegaXpression Media that he will go further to assist Students with good results to get admission into any tertiary institutions of their choice in Lagos State.

Hon. Sholaja described the gesture as Knowledge Development Intervention to boost the development of his Constituency, stating that he was compelled to embark on the exercise because there are many brilliant students from poor homes who may wish to go to higher institutions but lack support from their parents and, orphans who have lost their parents without having anyone to cater for them educationally.

Mainwhile, the Youth Coordinator of Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA and Chairman, Youth Coordinators in Ikorodu Division, Omo'ba Lateef Odusanya, commended Hon. Saka-Sholaja for this noble gesture. He urged the beneficiaries to remain focused and come out brilliantly in JAMB examination.

Also, Comrade Folarin Adegboyega, equally enjoined the students to make themselves, parents and Hon. Sholaja proud by coming out in flying colors. Folarin applauded Hon. Sholaja for his consistence and magnanimity.

The event which took place at Homat Basic School Igbogbo, had in attendance over 350 benefitted students. One of them, Adeniran Abdul-Ameen from Imota, thanked Hon. Sholaja for this gesture, assuring him that the support will go a long way in their memories.
