Governor-Elect, Mr Babajide Sanwoolu, his wife, Mrs Sanwoolu, wife of the deputy governor elect, Mrs Hamzat, APC State Chairman, Alhaji Tunde Balogun, Deputy Chairman, Dr Sunny Ajose, Lagos East Vice Chairman, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, Hon Okoya-Thomos, Yeye Fausat Gbadebo and other members of the State Exco. Chairman Sanwoolu Independent Campaign Group, Mr Tayo Ayinde, Cardinal James Odumbaku, Hon Babajimi Benson, MHR, Hon Adebimpe Akinsola and Chief Adenrele Olowu were among the top dignitaries who came to Police College Ikeja, to celebrate Sanwoolu/Hazmat mega victory party.

The event which was anchored by the Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Comrade Olusesan Daini, was a ceremony like a funfair, as thousands of All Progressive Congress (APC) members thronged in from all the 57 council areas of Lagos State to locate the Ikeja venue of the victory party.

The Director General of Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu Campaign Organization (BOSCO), Mr. Tayo Ayinde, while responding to questions from Shakiru Seidu of MegaXpression Community Magazine, was full of praises as he explained his fear when he was newly appointed DG of BOSCO.

"I was full of fear but our candidates are sellable, they made it easy for us", Tayo Ayinde said.

Buffalo, as he fondly called, expressed his gratitude to all BOSCO volunteer groups irrespective of their tribal and religious differences. "We all did well, despite the fact that we were not able to hit our 80% target of the total votes in Lagos State", he added.

It was a standing ovation, as the Governor elect of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, stormed the venue with so much happiness and smiles on his face. When invited to the podium, Sanwo-Olu was full of smile with the mammoth crowd and assured to run a government that will get Lagosians engaged profitably in what they do for living.

Hon Babajimi Benson, member, House of Reps from Ikorodu federal Constituency, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, Comrade Olusesan Daini, amongst other Directors were given recognition awards/certificate of Services.

They were all appreciated for their relentless efforts to ensure Sanwo-Olu emerges as the party flagbearer and eventually won the general election.

The event was full of fun with melodious music from the Fuji music star, King Wasiu Ayinde.
