LAGOS WEST 2023: GROUP BACKS KAYODE OPEIFA'S SENATORIAL AMBITION. ...Says his sterling qualities and love for downtrodden endears him to electorates.

The senatorial ambition of the former Commissioner for Transportation, Lagos State, Comrade Kayode Opeifa, received a boost when members of the Lagos West Concern Movement backed his ambition to occupy the Lagos West Senatorial seat.

According to a release made available to MegaXpression Media by the Group State Coordinator, Mr. Shittu Odunlami Mutiu, stated that the sterling qualities of Opiefa and his love for the downtrodden endeared him to the electorate who are now clamouring for him to represent them in the National Assembly.

In his words; “We endorsed him to represent us in the Senate this time around because we have confidence in his ability to serve. That is why all Aworis, both home and abroad are aggitating for the true son of the soil...

“We support Comrade Opeifa, a true son of the soil with intimidating credentials and who has championed the development of this constituency for a long time we are sure he will represent us well and bring development to this district. We have appealed to him to flag- off his aspiration and we think that will be done at the appropriate time.”

Meanwhile, Mutiu noted that the group has started canvassing votes and selling the politician to ensure the success of his aspirations.
