CHIEF ADENRELE OLOWU CELEBRATES NEW YEAR WITH APC FAITHFULS IN IKORODU DIVISION. | Shakiru Seidu.

The compound of one of the Apex Party Leaders in Ikorodu Division, Chief Adenrele Olowu, was agog on Saturday, 20th of January, 2018, where the Chief hosted hundreds of APC faithfuls and other notable personalities from Ikorodu Division in a special manner.

The venue was full to maximum capacity with Party big wigs, philanthropist, entrepreneurs, professionals in education sector, scholars, technocrats, and people from all works of life were all in attendant.

Among those present were Member, Federal House of Representatives, Hon Babajimi Benson, Majority Leader, LSHA,  Hon SOB Agunbiade, Former Acting Commissioner and Special Adviser, Hon Adebimpe Akinsola, Hon Nurudeen Sholaja, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, Alhaji R. I. Jinodu, Alh.. Sefiu Ogunyemi, Alh.. Longe and Chief Animashaun.

Also in attendance were Comr. Olusesan Daini oh Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, Comr Fatiu Salisu of Ijede LCDA, Vice Chairmen, Council Councillors, Supervisors, APC Excos, among others.

Mr Shakiru Sanni was on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, removed from his position as the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom, after his alleged gross misconduct and disrespect to the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and traditional institution of Igbogboland. Mr Shakiru Sanni of Amoju branch, Lantan Onanusi Family in Igbogbo, was made the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo few years back, and accused of insubordination, abused of tittle and total disrespect to the King, traditional institution of the land and Lantan Onanusi Family. During the meeting held at Osugbo Abalaye Shrine , where Lantan family were asked to pay fine of almost One million naira worth of sacrifice because of Mr Shakiru Sanni's misconduct, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali , emphasized that Shakiru Sanni's removal as Olumale Eluku was to safeguard the sanctity, culture, tradition, religion and prestige of Igbogbo
