IGBOGBO MONARCH APPEALS TO DEMOLISHED HOUSE OWNERS/INDIGENES FOR MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING ON DELAYED IN COMPENSATION. | Shakiru Seidu.

HRM Oba (Barr) Abdulsemiu Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, was on Tuesday pacified and raised the hope of House Owners who lost their Houses for rapid development and road construction in Igbogbo

The monarch appealed passionately with the affected people for the delayed in paying compensation since December 11, 2017. "I shared in your pain and sacrifice for Igbogbo, as it's also affects my family House and Palace", the king remarked.

The monarch revealed this during the formal confirmation of some traditional Chiefs in his Palace. He said he's working assiduously underground to ensure that the compensation is adequately paid on time.

"We have paid our dues to the government, and I believe  Igbogbo will not be left out in the scheme of development in Lagos State from the incoming government", the monarch said.

"The situation is not peculiar to Igbogbo alone, same is happening in Agege, Ishawo and Epe and there's no fight or protest anywhere; these are signs of maturity  and development," Oba Kasali added.
