IGBOGBO STUDENTS' UNION SEEKS SYNERGY WITH MEGAXPRESSION MEDIA BRAND ON UNION'S ACTIVITIES. "You should sustain the current level of developmental consciousness in Igbogbo," Shakiru Seidu charges.
The newly inaugurated Exco of Igbogbo Students' Union was on Wednesday paid a familarization visit to the CEO, MegaXpression Media Brand, Mr Shakiru Seidu, to seek collaboration on the Union's activities.
The Union, led by the President, Comrade Clinton Adeniji, rolled out their yearly plans and pleaded with MegaXpression Media Brand for prompt and adequate reporting.
According to Adeniji, "We know the importance of media and seeing the way MegaXpression Media Brand has helped in protraying a better image of Igbogbo and the progressive mindset to the growth of Ikorodu Division, the union body finds it worthy to pay a courtesy visit, parley and also get a fatherly advice from the founder.
The Union President equally seek for the involvement of Mr Shakiru Seidu on the coming edition of Egret Magazine in getting a better knowledgeable edition and be well equipped unlike before.
In his eloquent remarks, the CEO, MegaXpression Media Brand, Mr Shakiru Seidu, saluted the courage of the Exco by visiting his office, noting that it is a honor and privilege to team up with the future of our community.
"It's gladden my heart to note that the youths of Igbogbo are now reawakening their mindset to participate actively in the developmental process of our dear town.
"I urge you to join the advocacy against cultism among our youths, sustain the current level of developmental consciousness, and ensure that Igbogbo is rekindle by being projected positively. Igbogbo belongs to all of us and together, we shall make it great", Seidu said.
The Publisher further enjoined Clinton Adeniji and his team not to be distracted, get the exact figure of Igbogbo indigenes in the Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education, because it will help as a guide for the future of Igbogbo community.
"Don't limit your burden to the notable people in the community alone when you are seeking for assistance, and whenever you are making a decision, make sure you always get other members of the union involved," Seidu advised.
The meeting was equally attended by the Welfare Director Abraham Moyosoluwalorun Ayobami, Sports Director, Falodun Oyinbola, Director of Publicity, and Adeniji Omolade.
