LAGOS LG POLL: APC HOLDS MEGA RALLY FOR DAINI, OTHERS IN IGBOGBO/BAYEKU LCDA. ...Charges all to come out enmas on 24th July and vote APC Candidates.

Human and vehicular movement were on Thursday, July 22 hampered as the All Progressives Congress, APC, held its campaign rally ahead of the Lagos State Local Government elections scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 24.

Some vehicles plying the roads of Oba Molaja Ogunlewe - Obafemi Awolowo - Itamaga - Elepe - Igbe - Bola Ahmed Tinubu - Adeboruwa - Ibeshe - Bayeku - Oreta/Offin routes had to either take one way to be able to pass through the crowd that attended the campaign mobile rally across Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA. The campaign commenced from the APC Secretariat at Igbe Junction, and ended at Igbogbo after driving round Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA.

Speaking with the MegaXpression Media, the Chairmanship Candidate, Builder Olusesan Mayoku Daini, thanked the Igbogbo and Ibeshe Monarchs, His Royal Majesties, Oba (Barr) AbdulSemiu Orimadegun Kasali, Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, Oba Richard Abayomi Ogunsanya, Olubeshe of Ibeshe, league of Baales, Rep. Babajimi Benson, Hon. Nurudeen Sholaja-Saka, Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun and other Apex members of APC and the entire residents of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA for the love and support showed towards his first tenure in office.

He assured that the next four years in office will consolidate the unprecedented achievements recorded by his Administration, enjoining all to get their PVCs ready, eschew money politics and shun violence during and after the election.

Daini further pleaded passionately to electorates to vote for all APC Candidates on July 24. "I urge all to kindly come out in large number and vote for me as Chairman, Mr Nureni Okedina-Maja as Vice Chairman, Basirat Banjoko, Hakeem Sholawon, Hon. Nurudeen Alimi, Hon. Mathew Arowolo and Mr A. Anifowose as Councillors of Ward C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 respectively," he appealled.

Other APC Chieftains that took part in the mobile rally include former Ag. Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture and Member, Lagos Seventh Assembly, Hon. Adebimpe Akinsola, Member Lagos Sixth Assembly, Hon. Gbenga Oshin, past Council Heads, Prince Jimoh Ogunmuyiwa, Hon Taiwo Orenuga, Hon Gbenga Basanya and Mrs Bolanle Basorun, APC LGA Chairman, Alhaji Sefiu Ogunyemi, Pastor Ola Ayetoba, LGA and Wards Exco, APC Stewards among others.
