Top officials of the HiTech Construction Company, was on Monday, June 16, 2025, visited the Adeboruwa Palace Igbogbo, to brief His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, Chiefs and members of the Igbogbo Development Association (IDEA), on the scope of job and how soonest the first phase of the project would be completed. Noting that the ongoing construction work on the left side of the road coming from Ipakodo/Igbogbo road would be their first priority for completion.
The officials equally informed the Monarch and other Stakeholders in attendance that the Afa bridge will be extended from 8 metres to 12 metres subject to the approval of the redesigned plan by the State Government. Adding that the approval for the three pedestrian bridges designed for Oreyo Grammar School, Eleja Primary School and Ansarudeen Primary School Igbogbo, also awaits approval.
The construction company promised Kabiyesi and other Stakeholders in attendance, to expedite action on the project and make significant progress in the next few months, haven't been fully paid by the State Government.
In his royal remarks, HRM Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, thanked Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for responding promptly to their plea. While also appealing for the same gesture on Igbogbo to Bayeku road.
The monarch assured the HiTEC Company of their maximum support from the Palace, and community at large, while urging them to deliver the best for the community.
