The APC Advocacy Forum, a political group that is aimed at propagating policies and the good work of the All Progressives Congress, APC's rulling government, at the grassroots, was again, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, received the APC Chairmanship Candidate, Prince Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, his Vice, Barrister Ade Ayeni and the five Councilorship Candidates in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA.
Addressing the large crowd in attendance, the Convener of the Forum and Member of the APC Apex Body, Hon. Adebimpe Akinsola, congratulated the APC Chairmanship and Councilorship Candidates, while urging them to put in their possible best to justify the opportunities given to all of them by the party.
Akinsola said the APC Apex Body of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA is not living any stone unturned to ensure a landslide victory for the APC, while charging the Advocacy members to get their PVC available and ready to canvas people to vote.
"We can not afford to fail. Sesan Daini's led administration had truly performed wonderfully well to improve the good governance of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, it is now imperative to improve and suppass the achievements," Akinsola charged.
She further enjoined the five Councilorship Candidates, Hon. Basirat Banjoko of Ward C1, Hon. Hakeem Solawon of Ward C2, Hon. Saidat Adeoba of Ward C3, Hon. Yusuf Bello of Ward C4 and Hon. Habeeb Anifowose of Ward C5, to give maximum support to Hammed Aroyewun's led administration, when they get to office.
In his remarks, the APC Chairmanship Candidate, Prince Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, popularly called HOA, thanked Hon. Adebimpe Akinsola for her motherly role in his life, while assuring members of the APC Advocacy Forum of good governance.
In the same vein, the Vice Chairmanship Candidate, Barrister Ade Ayeni, also thanked all and appealed to members of the APC Advocacy to continue to pray for them.
Also, the Ward C2 Councillor and Councilorship Candidate, Hon. Hakeem Solawon, said, on behalf of other Councilorship Candidates, that more dividend of democracy awaits the good people of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA.
