MOTUNRAYO CRUSHES HUNGER, GIVES FOOD ITEMS TO OVER HUNDRED BENEFICIARIES IN IJEDE LCDA. ...says "Eniyan boni l'ara ju aso lo"

Hundreds of people were on Wednesday gathered at the Community Hall in Ijede, when the Vice Chairman, Ijede LCDA, Hon Mrs Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba donated food stuff to windows and orphans in Ijede area Council. Among the food items donated were rice, beans, sugar, vegetable oil, seasoning cubes, salt, etc. 

Motunrayo, while presenting the items said the gesture was to assist the widows, orphans and the less privileged to alleviate their hardship at the peak of the Ileya festival.

She said to MegaXpression News that her aim is to assist the less privileged, widows and orphans as a means of tackling the menace of hunger in some homes. “I believe that those widows that are with their family members also need to feel our impact that is why I donate to them during Salah period.
Motunrayo further appreciated her mum, APC Lagos East Senatorial District Women Leader, Chief Mrs Yeye Gbadebo, her husband, her team, Party members, her colleagues whom she said stood by her vision to crush hunger among the senior citizens in Ijede LCDA.
 
“To my adorable mother, Chief Mrs Yeye Gbadebo, the Women Leader APC Lagos East Senatorial District who has carried me like a mother eagle from the beginning and whose counsel I cherish greatly, My team and finally my lovely husband, my pillar of support, who has always stood right beside me in all my adventures.

“’Eniyan ni aso mi’, I don’t know what I would have done without all the tremendous support I have been getting since assuming office as the Executive Vice Chairman of Ijede LCDA. A big thank you to my LASAVIC family especially my amiable Chairman (LASAVIC) who out of her tight schedules still made out time to grace this occasion.”

The programme had in attendance the Executive Chairman of Ijede LCDA, Hon. Fatiu Salisu, APC Lagos East Senatorial Women Leader, Chief Mrs Yeye Fausat Gbadebo, Vice Chairman, Ikosi Isheri who also doubles as Chairman of the Lagos State Association of Vice Chairmen, Princess Bola Bada.
Also in attendance are Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, Vice-Chairman Ikorodu LG, Hon. Sesan Dada, Vice Chairman Ikorodu West, Hon. Ameen Apanisile, Vice Chairman, Ikorodu North, Mr Sunday Kareem, Party Chairmen, Party Exco, Councillors, Beneficiaries and a host of others.
