The former House of Reps candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Amuwo-Odofin federal Constituency in 2019, Prince Lanre Sanusi, popularly known as PLS, has again distributed rice, to over 1,000 Constituents, tagged "Apo Ariyo", in celebration of this year's Christmas festival.

The beneficiaries include the 14 Wards, Party enthusiasts, non Politicians, traditional and religious leaders, CDAs, Market Women and Men, youths, PLS teaming supporters and likeminds in Amuwo-Odofin federal Constituency.

While speaking with MegaXpression Media, PLS revealed that there is need to rekindle hope in the people in this festive period, noting that it is imperative for him to put succour on the faces of constituent members, particularly the less privileged ones.

He emphasized that his aim in 2023 if elected is to focus on how to improve the lives of the people of Amuwo-Odofin, adding that he will do his best to ensure quality representation.

Mainwhile, the Vice Chairman, Oriade LCDA and Director General of PLS Campaign Group, High Chief Moshood Badmus, commended Prince Lanre Sanusi for his gesture during this festive period, stating that PLS understood the enormous need to assist the people to forge ahead particularly in period of economic hardship.

"It has become part of our thoughts, that our people, i.e constituents, must always come first, this and other things are what we stand for and we will continue to do the needful as an organisation," Badmus opined.

Badmus pleaded with APC leaders to consider Sanusi this time around, noting that his candidacy will no doubt compliment the 2023 Presidential Ambition of the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
