HRM Oba (Engr) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, Ayangburen of Ikorodu Kingdom and his amiable wife, Olori Abosede Shotobi.

The Ayangburen of Ikorodu, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, has advocated for love and peaceful co-existence among residents, irrespective of their faith, saying it is important for the progress and development of Ikorodu.

The King, who spoke at his Palace, venue of the 2021 Royal Christmas Carol, noted that it is the common bond of humanity, such as common blood, common markets and other such bonds that binds all together as a people.

Wishing all a happy Christmas and prosperous New Year 2022, the Monarch called for peaceful co-existence among adherents of the various faiths in Ikorodu, saying it is only through such co-existence that we can make progress.

Also, the Agbaakin of Ikorodu Kingdom, Otunba Ayodele Elesho, while speaking with MegaXpression Media, equally enjoined all to live in peace and harmony in spite of people's diverse faiths, saying it is the only guarantee for progress of Ikorodu Division.
