It was indeed a memorable day in Ibeshe town of Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA, Lagos State, as excitement was full on the air on Saturday, December 28, 2024, as Chief Kaoli Olatunji Olusanya and his dear wife, Chief (Mrs) Olukemi Olanrewaju Olusanya, bestowed with the titles of Asiwaju and Yeye Asiwaju of Ibesheland, by His Royal Majesty, Oba Richard Abayomi Ogunsanya, Bisoro 1, Olubeshe of Ibeshe land. 

This remarkable moment in Ibeshe history marks a new chapter for Chief Kaoli Olusanya, especially because of his life of service and integrity in Ibeshe and Ikorodu Division at large, Shakiru Seidu of MegaXpression Media reports.

The investiture of Chief Kaoli Olusanya is a celebration of multiple milestones. In addition to receiving this prestigious title, he and his wife, the title has sparked widespread admiration and joy, solidifying their place in Ibesheland’s history.

"I believe my title as Asiwaju of Ibesheland, is defined by my commitment to integrity and community service in past decades. My focus now would be on fulfilling more of this duties with honesty and dedication, ensuring the position evolves for future generations," Chief Kaoli opined.

"As the first holder of this title in Ibesheland, I know the importance of making a positive impact that'll benefit our community. This is why my focus is on ensuring that the value of this title grows stronger, passing it on and enriched to the next deserving individual.

"I want to therefore sincerely thank His Royal Majesty, Oba Richard Abayomi Ogunsanya, the Olubeshe of Ibesheland, for this wonderful privilege to serve and compliment my doing on the development of Ibesheland.
