174 BATTALION FAMILY PARTY: FAMILIES IN THE BARRACKS, HOST COMMUNITIES CELEBRATE IN STYLE. | Shakiru Seidu.

It was an eventful occasion on Friday, 2nd of February, 2018, when the Nigerian Army, 174 Battalion, Odogunyan, Ikorodu, hosted families in the Barracks, host communities and other notable personalities from Nigerian Army to rejoice and give glory back to God for his mercy.

The event which was tagged as 174 Battalion family Party, took place at their Parade Ground. According to information gathered by MegaXpression Magazine, the event was designed to get together the families in the Barracks and the host community, as well as an avenue for the promotion of civil-military relation.

The Royal Heads in Ikorodu Division, top high ranking officers in Nigerian Army, others, were all in attendance to witness the high cultural display.

Mr Shakiru Sanni was on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, removed from his position as the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom, after his alleged gross misconduct and disrespect to the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and traditional institution of Igbogboland.
