CONSTRUCTION OF 181 ROADS, IJEDE COUNCIL BOSS INSPECTS FALILAT AJOKE SALU STREET. | Shakiru Seidu. "Let us key into the vision of growth and development of Ijede LCDA", Fatiu Salisu appeals.

The Chairman of Ijede LCDA, Alhaji Fatiu Salisu, in his usual attitude deemed it fit to inspect the ongoing construction of Falilat Ajoje Salu Street, Ijede, one of the link road that helps to free traffic, which has been causing gridlock on the main road.

When the Council Boss, Alhaji Fatiu Salisu spoke with Shakiru Seidu of MegaXpression Magazine during his inspection visit to the street on Monday, 26th of February, he advised the residents of that area to persevere and support the Contractor, so as not to stall the ongoing work.

He further promised that he will leave no stone unturned to ensure free flows of traffic in Ijede. He however urged the Contractor to be hasty at the work and should ensure perfection in their job.

The Chairman also enjoined the residents of Ijede LCDA to ensure prompt payment of their necessary dues and rent to bolster the Council to serve them better. He revealed that within this first quarter of the year 2018, he has been able to complete 207 meters drainage, graded over 57 streets, bought new Revenue Bus, while work is going on on the Office Complex.

The Chairman equally assured of all inclusive government and anticipated feedback from the people on areas that rear the urgent attention of the Council. "I operate an open door policy, let's jointly enhance the growth and development of this Community", he added.
