PROMINENT PERSONALITIES STORM SHAKIRU SEIDU'S 46TH BIRTHDAY IN IGBOGBO. Royal Heads, Legislators, Council Chiefs, Business moguls, others shower encomium.

All roads were led to Agunfoye, in Igbogbo, Lagos, on Monday, January 20, 2020, when an Igbogbo indigene, a season Journalist, founder of MegaXpression Community Magazine and Special Adviser on media and Strategic Planning to the Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Mr Shakiru Seidu,  had an exclusive birthday party held at his villa in Igbogbo.

Friends, families, and well-wishers were present to celebrate the new age with him. Life presents us with several remarkable moments, and the most adored moments among them all, are those spent with loved ones. It was the realization of this fact that made the celebration of Shakiru Seidu's birthday all the more special. 

It was a moment of tremendous joy on this day, when unquantifiable happiness filled the heart of Shakiru, as that was expressed in the ceaseless charming smiles that permanently lingered across his face. This was because the more his life was praised and celebrated, he continued to thank Almighty God for His grace.

Seidu, who was handsomely dressed in a blue Yoruba attire with white cap, firstly resumed with the pupils of A.U.D primary  school Igbogbo, where he passed out in 1985, to give 2,000 free exercise books, plenty biros, pencils, cleaners and school flags to the pupils, in commemoration of his 46th Birthday anniversary. 

Attention was later shifted to the social media where people of high profile, trooping to post good wishes to the famous Community Journalist with some  heart-melting messages coming from Seidu's close associates, Journalists, Doctors, Engineers, Lecturers, Directors, Council Chiefs, Royal Heads, amongst others.

The faaji proper, like a typical fun-filled party, was crammed with excited friends from 'Development Platform', Oriwu College Old Students Association, political circle, families and well-wishers who came to celebrate with the celebrant.

"Igbogbo Info", as he's fondly called by friends and colleagues, while addressing the media threw all gratitude to God, stating that his achievements, good health and success is an extension of gloriously assistance from God Almighty. 

He also captured the moment to notify the public on his forthcoming book launch titled, 'Historical Biography of the Legends in Ikorodu Division', and MegaXpression Merit Award, stating that recipients will be unveiled soon.

Mr Shakiru Sanni was on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, removed from his position as the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom, after his alleged gross misconduct and disrespect to the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and traditional institution of Igbogboland.
