CLERIC URGES ALL TO IMBIBE SPIRIT OF GIVING, AS U.A.M.C CATHEDRAL IGBOGBO HOLDS ITS CHILDREN'S HARVEST. | Shakiru Seidu. ...Charges youth to imbibe culture of hard work, dedication to service.
Lay Preacher, Oluwaseyitan Temitayo Ayangbola of United African Methodist Church Cathedral, (Eleja) Igbogbo, has urged all to imbibe the spirit of giving in their daily lifes. He made the plea on Sunday at the 2021 Juvenile Harvest Thanksgiving Service, themed Harvest of Progress, at the Church Headquarters, Igbogbo, Lagos. MegaXpression Media was there.
He equally enjoined all to appreciate God no matter the difficult situation we faced. He said “it was good to say thank you to the Lord and to sing praises to God who is above all gods no matter the situation we find ourselves so as to get more blessings and favour.
“In giving thanks to God, we are making our requests known to Him and we will get more blessings and He will surely come to the aid of the people and the country at large.
“I want to urge all of us to imbibe the spirit of giving and continue to give thanks to God no matter our situation because as we thank God, He will roll away our challenges and we will be better and the nation will also be better.”
Ayangbola also urged youths to imbibe the culture of hard work and dedication to service, charging them stay focused and avoid anything capable of creating hate and disunity.
Also, one of the Church Stewards, Bro. Adeyemi Oshodi, returned all glory to God for His Mercy and the successful staging of this year's harvest of progress while speaking with MegaXpression Media.
He applauded the leadership of the Church, members of harvest Committee and the entire members of UAMC Cathedral, Igbogbo, extending profound gratitude to all invited guests who have contributed morally, financially and spiritually to the success of this year's youth harvest.
