2027: TMM IGBOGBO/ BAYEKU LCDA SEEKS SUPPORT FOR TINUBU'S SECOND TERM, AS CAUCUS HOLDS ITS LGA MEETING. ...Charges members on Voter's Registration.


The Mandate Movement TMM, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, has called on the people of the LCDA to continue supporting the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and his second term bid, citing Tinubu's commitment to the region’s development through key reforms and tangible initiatives.

The LGA Coordinator, Mr Oluyemisi Odusoga made this call at the TMM LGA Meeting, held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the residence of the TMM Lagos East Leader, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, Member, Governance Advisory Council, Lagos State.

The meeting which was centered on how to ensure that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's second term in 2027 comes to a reality, brought together the APC loyalists, including the party leaders and other TMM members across the five Wards of Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA.

The LGA Coordinator, Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA, Mr Oluyemisi Odusoga, charged members to intensify efforts on the Voter's Registration, reiterating that TMM is determined to ensure that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, have easy access to his second term in office in 2027.

Also speaking, Mr Akeem Awosanya, Chairman TMM Apex body, said the gathering was an attestation that members are solidly behind the President, adding that the massive gathering was a proof of the LCDA's support for the Asiwaju's emergence in 2027.

Awosanya, however, lauded President Tinubu for his restless efforts in ensuring better life for the people, noting that President  Tinubu remained the best in terms of competence and impactful policies.

A new Chief Imam for the Igbogbo Central Mosque has been installed. He is Fadeelat Imam Abdulganiu Gazali , who was turbaned on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, as Chief Imam of Igbogbo Central Mosque and Grand Chief Imam Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA. He succeeds the late Fadilat Sheikh Dhikirulahi Abdulahi Andu (Tanimose) who died on the 2nd of June, 2025. Gazali , before his installation, was the Chief Imam Araromi Mosque , Itun-Abosan. He is from Amoju branch of Lantan Onanusi Family, Igbogbo, and was graduated from different Arabic and Islamic Colleges.
