The Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) in Ikorodu Federal Constituency have received a major morale and operational boost following a ₦15 million intervention from the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, aimed at equipping and furnishing the organization's newly established secretariat.

The support is widely seen as a strategic investment in grassroots political engagement and a demonstration of Senator Abiru's commitment to strengthening structures that promote the Renewed Hope Agenda of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The facility, situated at No. 27 Olubi Street, off Ayangburen Road, near Ikorodu Town Hall, is expected to serve as the operational headquarters of the movement within Ikorodu Federal Constituency. The location was carefully chosen to ensure easy access for members, volunteers, community leaders, and political stakeholders.
Sources within the organization disclosed that the donation will facilitate the acquisition of essential office infrastructure, including furniture, executive seating, air-conditioning systems, conference room facilities, workstations, and other equipment necessary for effective administration and coordination.
Political observers have described the intervention as a timely contribution that will enhance the capacity of the organization to carry out voter education, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, volunteer coordination, and other grassroots mobilization activities.
The gesture has also been interpreted as a vote of confidence in the leadership of Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, Lagos State Ambassador of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, whose efforts have continued to drive the expansion of the group across various parts of the state.
Speaking on the development, Comrade Japheth Odesansaya commended Senator Abiru for what he described as a remarkable commitment to the success of the movement and the ideals it represents.
According to him, the Senator's intervention goes beyond financial support, reflecting a deep belief in the power of organized grassroots participation and political inclusion.
Japheth said the RHA family remains deeply grateful to Senator Abiru for his outstanding support and unwavering loyalty to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Nigerian people. “He has demonstrated true leadership and responsibility. He is truly a ‘DoingGood’ Senator,” Japheth stated.
He added that several progressive individuals had earlier supported the movement’s operations across Ikorodu Division. These include Hon. Gbolahan Ogunleye, Member, Lagos State House of Assembly, Ikorodu I; Hon. Abdul Olugbenga Shitu, aspirant in the just-concluded House of Representatives primary election; Mr. Lateef Odugbemi, CEO of Latodus Ventures; Mr. Igbasan ‘Agali’, Lagos State Coordinator, Joint Task Force; and Dr. Taiwo Hassan, CMD, Ikorodu General Hospital, among others.
Comrade Japheth also disclosed that respected leaders such as Hon. Babajimi Benson, MHR, Ikorodu Federal Constituency, and Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun, AMA, have expressed interest in supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda in Ikorodu and beyond.
With the secretariat set to become fully operational, stakeholders believe the facility will play a pivotal role in deepening political participation, fostering community engagement, and consolidating support for the Renewed Hope Agenda throughout Ikorodu Federal Constituency and beyond.
