A governorship aspirant at the Ekiti State APC primaries, Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele has been reportedly shot by unknown gunmen in Ado Ekiti.

Unconfirmed report reaching us at MegaXpression Magazine had it that the aspirant, popularly called MOB was hit by stray bullet said to have been fired by some unknown gun wielding men at the APC Secretariat in Ado Ekiti on Friday evening.

He was said to have been rushed to a nearby hospital after the encounter.

Mr Shakiru Sanni of Amoju branch, Lantan Onanusi Family in Igbogbo, was made the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo few years back, and accused of insubordination, abused of tittle and total disrespect to the King, traditional institution of the land and Lantan Onanusi Family.
