LAGOS 2019: ICG OF APC INAUGURATES HAKEEM SOLAWON, 29 OTHERS, FOR SANWO-OLU'S VICTORY IN IGBOGBO/BAYEKU LCDA. | Shakiru Seidu. "You must sell our candidate door-to-door untill the last person gets the clear message of hope," Sesan Daini insists.

The Independent Campaign Group, ICG, of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on Sunday inaugurated 30 members campaign team of the governorship candidate, Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, urging the coordinator, Mr Hakeem Solawon and the 29 others to ensure Party’s victory in 2019 general polls in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA.

After the inaugural Counsel, Barr. Owolabi Arole, sworn in the 30 ICG members of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, the Council Boss, Comr. Olusesan Daini, urged all to put in their strength in upholding the supremacy of All Progressives Congress, APC, and taking same to electoral field to clinch victory based on their conviction that APC's ability and capacity for electoral victory far overweight any challenges whatsoever.

"As a grassroots solders of our Independent campaign group, in the local government, you have responsibility to sell our candidate door-to-door untill the last person gets the clear message of hope that our amiable incoming governor, Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwoolu is the best candidate that will deliver the Lagos of our dream and desires." Daini said.

He explained that their primary role is to coordinate campaign activities as ICG members in the LCDA, ensuring that whatever is left out by the Party is covered by the ICG and vice versa. "We will therefore move into this campaign with full energy, dedication and undivided attention to ensure victory at every polling booth in this local government," he added.

In his eloquent response, the ICG Coordinator, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Mr Hakeem Sholawon, thanked the Party leaders for the opportunity given to serve. "I want to sincerely thank our Party leaders across board for unifying all campaign structures to a common entity, whereby we see the task ahead of us as collective responsibility and mission than individualistic approach that is capable of widening the gap of discord within our party." He said.

Solawon further assured that he and his team will do their best to deliver Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA for APC come 2019. "We are poised to rigorous campaign and sleeplessness until our Party's victory is pronounced in the coming general election," he added.
