"It is a great pleasure for me to heartily welcome you all to this 3 Days Seminar, which has been carefully packaged for the political upliftment of our great party-the all progressives Congress(APC), and also to highlight positive methods of harmonising a good relationship between the Stakeholders and our Party,  APC. "In the course of the seminar, the people at the grassroots will also be sensitized on the intricacy of modern day democracy while educating the participants that the supremacy of the party is non-negotiable. I would also like to inform you that a training session has been prepared for all the stakeholders  for the purpose of this seminar.
