He added in his speech that the gesture is an attempt to show the children that they are not alone and there are people who believe in them and love them very much.

While speaking with MegaXpression Magazine, Mrs. Roseline Atekojawo who's in charge of the children in Hikanous Orphanage, said the Children in the home are mostly abandoned children and those from abusive homes. She cited the case of a ten year old boy who was set ablaze by his uncle's wife a few month back and is now a resident of the Home. Although the founder of the orphanage Mrs. Funmi Williams is capable of caring for the children, support from outside are also welcome and much needed, she appealed.

She further explained that since the orphanage has been opened 3years ago, many children have been adopted into loving families in accordance with Lagos State Child Protective Unit's laws and procedure. Mrs Roseline therefore thanked the Group for their effort to make the children happy, saying their presence alone gives the children a sense of belonging.

Mrs. Olayinka Orishanaye who also shated some of her experiences and challenges with the children when speaking with MegaXpression Magazine, said most of the abandoned babies find it hard to adapt to baby food in place of breast milk and most children from abusive homes are hard to discipline. However, the highlights of her job comes from the joy she derives in working with the children, she added.

Mrs. Bola Adeshina, a member of the Group said she joined WHO IS WHO Foundation recently and she is happy with their initiative of reaching out to children. She further pledged her continuous support and urged others to emulate.
