ADELAKUN ABAYOMI, OTHERS EMERGE CDC EXECUTIVE IN IGBOGBO/BAYEKU LCDA, AS THE COUNCIL CHIEF, BLDR. DAINI CHARGES ALL TO MAKE THE LCDA A REFERENCE POINT IN LAGOS STATE.

After the completion of Mr. M. Olowu led Executive Council of the Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA Community Council Association (CDC), the representatives of the various CDAs across Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, were on Friday elected the new Executive Council, where Pastor Adelakun Abayomi was elected as the new Chairman to steer the ship of one of the leading CDCs in Ikorodu Division.

Pastor Adelakun Abayomi, born 54 years ago was a graduate of accounting. He qualified as a chattered Account (ACA) in 1998 and became a fellow of ICAN (FCA) in year 2007. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of Ayegbami CDA, Oke-Ota Ibeshe and he is presently the Oke-Ota Joint CDA Chairman and the Joint CDA Ibesheland financial secretary.

Adelakun is also a Top member of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA Revenue Mobilization Committee. He was the immediate past financial secretary of the CDC Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA. He is the Managing Partner of the Abayomi Adelakun & Co. Chattered Accountants. He promised to bring his wealth of professional and community experiences to serve the people of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA.

The Chairmam, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Bldr Olusesan Daini, who was ably  represented by his Vice, Mr Titilola Adegboyega, in his remarks enjoined residents of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA to give more commitment and dedication to the development of the LCDA and support the newly  elected officers in order to move the LCDA forward and continue the good work that has been making Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA a reference point in Ikorodu Division and at the State level.

Mr Shakiru Sanni was on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, removed from his position as the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom, after his alleged gross misconduct and disrespect to the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and traditional institution of Igbogboland. Mr Shakiru Sanni of Amoju branch, Lantan Onanusi Family in Igbogbo, was made the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo few years back, and accused of insubordination, abused of tittle and total disrespect to the King, traditional institution of the land and Lantan Onanusi Family.
