Traditionalists in Ijede, agitating for the turn of Ijede LCDA to produce the next representative at the State Assembly.

The people of Ijede LCDA are not leaving any stone unturned, as the Traditionalists in Ijede and Egbin communities came out in number on Sunday with their dieties, in different rallies simultaneously, while insisting that it is the turn of Ijede LCDA to produce the next person to represent Ikorodu Constituency II, in the Lagos State House of Assembly in 2023.

What began as a strictly political affair in the Constituency has now turned spiritual, as the traditional worshippers says the purported rotational arrangement for the Ikorodu Constituency II seat must be honoured by leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), MegaXpression Media learnt.

The Olisa of Ijede, Chief Mosediku Aliu, Chief Aro, Chief Odofin, Ajana of Ijede, Iya Agan of Awo-Opa, among other Chiefs led the traditional worshipers, as the Osugbos, Igunnuko, Jigbo, Awo Opa, went round the Ijede Community.

Meanwhile, Olisa of Egbin, Oluwo of Egbin, Aro of Egbin, Onimale of Egbin, Lapinni of Egbin and others, led the Egbin traditionalists to move round Egbin Kingdom.

They were all laying curses on any indigenes, party leader or politicians from Ijede LCDA that decides to support the third term agenda, describing such individuals as ‘betrayals’.
