One of the Aspirants, contesting for House of Assembly Seat, to represent Ikorodu Constituency II, in 2023, Hon. Taoreed Babajide Hakeem ACA, has facilitated a 500KVA Transformer to the good people of Oloruntedo CDA, Igbe Kapo, in Ijede LCDA, Ikorodu, Lagos State.

According to the release made available to MegaXpression Media by his Aide, Lawal Nurudeen, which stated that after the welcome address by Mr Fabuluje Titus, who's the CDA Chairman, Hon. Taoreed thanked the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs, Dr. Wale Ahmed, Director Community Affairs, Alhaja Ewunmi and Engr. Dankuwo Abiodun for their selfless service to the State .

He assured his constituents that more infrastructural projects, youth empowerment programmes, job opportunities, amongst others would be facilitated to the communities under his representation upon his election come 2023.

The residents are thus assured of enjoying the great and unending dividends of democracy from electing Hakeem Babajide Taoreed, a selfless and proficient public servant of great promise, as a honorable member of the Lagos State House of Assembly in the forthcoming 2023 elections on the platform of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) for the seat of Ikorodu Constituency II (Igbogbo-Baiyeku, Ijede and Imota LCDAs).

Comrade Babatope expressed  his appreciation on behalf of the committee towards the kind gesture to the community and showered Honourable Taoreed Babajide Hakeem (ACA) with prayers. 

He also took time out to express several steps taken in order to get a standard transformer to the community with promises from various quarters however the promises gotten were fruitless and unfulfilled as the community have been in total darkness for over 4months.

Babatope further emphasised that the transformer which serves over seven CDAs  within Igbe kapo community has brought delight and said that the good people of Ikorodu Constituency II can be rest assured that they will be well represented at the Lagos State House of Assembly come 2023. 

In his response, Honourable Hakeem (ACA) further appreciated the community for their warm reception even though he never expected the funfair. He further thanked the executive members of the CDA and the residents for their kind gesture in making sure that the Igbe communities (Oloruntedo CDA and environs) is well developed.

Taoreed also sought the support of the community towards his ambition at the Lagos State House Assembly and promised quality representation to the people of Ijede, Igbogbo-Baiyeku and Imota LCDAs when elected in 2023. 
 
The 38years old certified forensic accountant and criminal intelligence officer also rolled out his programs centered on youths, women and the aged within the constituency tailored towards serving the people with all his heart.
  
The executives and members of the  community (Oloruntedo CDA) took turns to shower the Chartered taxation Expert with prayers and accolades.
