AROYEWUN EXTENDS GREETINGS TO IGBOGBO/BAIYEKU RESIDENTS ON WORKERS' DAY, REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO PROGRESS.
As the calendar flipped to May, Omo'ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, has extended warm greetings to the residents of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA. Adding that the new month brought with it a chance to reflect, refocus, and renew commitment to the community's shared values.
Aroyewun saluted traders, artisans, civil servants, professionals, entrepreneurs, and young people, acknowledging their resilience and dedication. "May 1st, Workers' Day, was a moment of celebration, recognizing the dignity of labour and the tireless efforts of residents who sustained their homes, communities, and economy," he opined.
Under his leadership, his administration remained committed to creating an environment where hard work was rewarded, and residents thrived. The GLORY Agenda drove initiatives that supported livelihoods, improved infrastructure, enhanced healthcare, empowered youths, and strengthened community development.
"The success of any government is measured by the well-being of its people," Aroyewun emphasized, reaffirming his administration's dedication to delivering impact and keeping governance people-centric.
As the community embarked on a new month, Aroyewun further encouraged unity, responsibility, and shared purpose. "Let's work together to build a cleaner, safer, and more prosperous Igbogbo/Baiyeku," he said, wishing residents renewed strength, fresh opportunities, and blessings.
Happy New Month, and Happy Workers' Day, echoed across the LCDA.
