BABAJIMI BENSON COMMISSIONS ICT CENTRE, BLOCK OF CLASSROOMS IN IKORODU DIVISION. | Shakiru Seidu. ..Celebrates Birthday in grand style

Friday, 30th of March, 2018, was another great day in the history of Ikorodu federal Constituency when a wind of joy blew and the Constituents enjoyed another dividend of democracy. The erudite Legislator, Hon. Babajimi Benson, MHR, commissioned an ICT Centre at Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Ikorodu and Methodist Primary School Oke-Eletu in Ijede LCDA. This also went along with his birthday celebration. When speaking at the LGEA, Ikorodu, Hon Benson thanked the people of Ikorodu Division for the undiluted support given towards his aspiration. After affirming that the projects were being facilitated by him, he assured that more structures are still in the offing. He named the ICT Centre in honor of the former Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye, who has done tremendously well towards the development of Ikorodu Division. Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of MegaXpression Magazine, Mr Shakiru Seidu, was on Sunday, 29th of April, 2018, gave a surprise visit to Igbogbo Students' Union, ISU, at their monthly General Assembly. Mr Seidu who was at the Adeboruwa Palace to see the Mornach, took the advantage to attend their Congress, holding at the Pavilion of Oba Johnson Fatola. While addressing the leadership of the ISU, Shakiru Seidu said, "It is my singular honor and privilege to team up with the future of our community. It's gladden my heart to note that the youths of Igbogbo are now reawakening their mindset to participate actively in the developmental process of our dear town." Shakiru also considered it necessary to encourage the youths of Igbogbo to sustain the current level of developmental consciousness and ensure that Igbogbo is rekindle by being projected positively. Words cannot be enough to describe how historic Chief Olorunwo Adedayo Adeniji, Oluwo of Igbogbo Kingdom, who surrendered his life to death on 9th of April, 2017, and Chief Hassan Talabi, aka Alowonle, Onise Imale Eluku, Igbogbo, who died on 3rd of April, 2017, were both given a befitting burial. The guests were received and entertained at Igbogbo Sports Stadium with melodious music, which include eminent personalities from home and abroad with full of fun. While speaking with MegaXpression Magazine at the event, Mr Idowu Adeniji expressed appreciation to families, friends and well wishers, for the love and care bestowed on them to make it a successful burial. APC Volunteers of Lagos State on friday, 27th of April, 2018, inaugurated an Elders Advisory Council, EAC, at the Party Secretariat, ACME, Ikeja, to promote the rejuvenation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State. MegaXpression Magazine reports that the Elders Advisory Council were received by the State Executive members and the 20 Local Governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) Coordinators. The State Coordinator of the Group, Otunba Adewale Adeyemi told MegaXpression after the inauguration that the Elders Advisory Council was formed  as part of the repositioning and restructuring programme of the Party. “Now we have a performing government, we must also have a strong Party for now and the future,” he said. He appealed to the Elders Advisory Council to work in unison with others to ensure that  the goal of a stronger APC and a better society was achieved.
