In continuation of this year's Igbogbo Day festival, the Conference of Igbogbo Indigene in Civil and Public Service, COIICPS, on Friday assembled at De-Shokis Hall Igbogbo to have its maiden discuss on Public  Service as the key to Community development.  In his welcome address, the President of the Association, Engr Olugbenga Ogunlewe, appreciated all for making the event a reality. The leadership of Development Platform, Ikorodu, was on Thursday, paid a courtesy visit to their Patron, Otunba Saheed Ibikunle, SUBEB Board member and former SSA on Education, Lagos State, at his office in Maryland. The Apex Body of All Progressives Congress, APC, Women's Forum in Ikorodu Division, Royal Heads, Teachers amongst others notable personalities from education sector were on Thursday, at NUT Hall Ikorodu, honoured two academics who are recipients of the Nigeria's ‘Best Teacher’ 2019 and ‘Best Principal’ 2017 Awards.
