GROUP HONORS MEGAXPRESSION'S PUBLISHER, SHAKIRU SEIDU WITH ‘AWARD OF EXCELLENCE'. ...Says it's in recognition of his outstanding contributions to Tortuga Frigate, Humanity.

It was a historic even on Saturday, October 30, at AVIC Center, Akasoleri, Ikorodu, Lagos, when Tortuga Frigate, a Group of great minds and young men who are patriotic in adding value to the society, honored MegaXpression Media's Publisher, Mr Shakiru Seidu, with ‘Award of Excellence’, during the Group's Unique Agbada Festival & Award Day.

Seidu was said to be recognised based on his outstanding contributions to the growth, development of Tortuga Frigate, Alpha Galleon and BAN-BC72 Worldwide and his relentless roles in service to humanity.

The Captain of the Group in Ikorodu, Comrade Pelumi Olalekan popularly called Rado said: “Tortuga Frigate is an Association of great minds and young men who are patriotic in adding value to the society.

"We have been in existence as an Association over the years. We always recognised and honored those who have distinguished themselves in different areas to develop our community and the State in general."

“We have deemed it fit today to honour whom it is due because we have followed the track record of Mr Shakiru Seidu and others on Print and Online Media, and their consistencies in projecting Tortuga Frigate, Alpha Galleon and BAN-BC72 Worldwide."

In his response, Seidu said, “I heartily express my profound appreciation to the executive and members of Tortuga Frigate for this honour. A man’s worth is also weighted by the accolades and acceptance he receives from his home. So as a true community Journalist, I accept the Award and feel humbled by the gesture.

“I'll use this medium to urge the Tortuga Frigate Comrades to continue to stay focus and push for the good of all through constructive engagements and interface with senior Comrades and friends outside the Group."
