IKORODU DIVISION 'THE MANDATE MOVEMENT' LAUDS TINUBU'S ROLE IN MISSION TO REBUILD NIGERIA. ...As Group holds Its LGA Meeting with massive Crowd.

Ikorodu Local Government 'The Mandate Movement' TMM, a pro-democracy group, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for his unwavering commitment to democracy and his vigorous efforts in rebuilding Nigeria.

Holding its LGA meeting on Friday at the residence of Alhaji Animasaun De-Cubano, Chairman TMM Ikorodu Division, the group highlighted Tinubu’s pivotal contributions and the significant progress made in the past year under his leadership.

"We may not have achieved all that we wanted, but the truth is that we are not moving backwards.” Animasaun emphasised the steady progress of democracy, drawing parallels with the historical struggles for democracy in countries like the United Kingdom and the United States.

The TMM Chairman, Animasaun also lauded President Tinubu’s pivotal role in championing democracy, praising his unwavering dedication and sacrifices during the nation’s darkest times. He hailed Tinubu as a beacon of hope and a symbol of Nigeria’s enduring spirit, stating that Tinubu’s administration are testament to collective determination to build a better Nigeria.

"Today is an affirmation of facts that TMM is one in Lagos State, under the able leadership of Cardinal James Odunmbaku, Baba Eto, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obada and Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe. In Ikorodu Division, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru FCA, Rep. Babajimi Benson MHR, Hon. Adebimpe Akinsola, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, Engr. Kunle Oduborisha, Hon. Nurudeen Saka-Solaja, Hon. SOB Agunbiade, Builder Olusesan Daini, Builder Adeola Adebisi Banjo, among others are TMM leaders," Ikorodu Division TMM Chairman, Alhaji Animasaun reaffirmed while addressing the massive crowd.

The general meeting which was anchored by the former Leader, Ikorodu LG, Hon. Azeez Jimoh Olosugbo, also had in attendance, Alhaji Badru Enifeni, Alhaji Fatai Olukoga, Hon. Lanre Balogun, Alhaji Sefiu Ogunyemi, Alhaji R.I. Jinodu, Mr Yemisi Odusoga, Alhaji Jimoh Benson, Mr Shakiru Seidu and other political Aspirants in Ikorodu Division, TMM members from Ikorodu Central, Igbogbo Bayeku, Ikorodu West, Ijede, Ikorodu North and Imota LCDAs, among other thousands of members in attendance.
