It was a relief statement when Hon Babajimi Benson, MHR, revealed to MegaXpression Magazine on 4th of September, 2017, during his presence with Hon Nurudeen Sholaja-Saka at the House of Hon Adebimpe Akinsola in celebration of Ileya festival.

He further affirmed that Hon. Adebimpe Akinsola, Hon. SOB Agunbiade, Hon. Nurudeen Sholaja-Saka, Prince Rotimi Ogunleye and his humble self are determined and working assiduously to move Ikorodu division forward.

Hon Sholaja therefore enjoined the residents of Ikorodu division to remain indivisible and work towards the development of our area.

The Acting Commissioner, Tourism, Arts and Culture, Lagos State, Hon Adebimpe Akinsola was highly elated and enveloped with joy on how her House was filled to the brim for the Ileya celebration. She thanked JB, Sholaja and other dignitaries that present and urged them to support and pray for Gov. Ambode to accelerate the development of Ikorodu division.
