The Secretary to the Local Council and 5 Supervisors took Oath of Office and allegiance today at the office of the executive Chairman, Igbogbo Baiyeku L.C.D.A.

The Legal officer under directives of the L.G Chairman swore-in Barr. Adesanya Ayeni as Secretary to the Local Government and Alhaja Iyabode Salisu, Mr. Yaya Ogunsowo, Mr. Yahaya Kamoru, Alhaji Waidi Yusuf, Mr. Taiye Obayomi as Supervisors, who vowed to perform their functions honestly to the best of their ability, preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the Fed. Republic of Nigeria and abide by the code of conduct contained in the code of conduct bureau and tribunal of 1990.

Executive Chairman congratulated the appointees and called for unity, He said their main interest should be how to move Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA forward. He also thanked  leaders present for their support.

The L.G.A Chairman, Alh. Sefiu Ogunyemi who also spoke with the appointees clamored for love and cooperation with the L.G Chairman and Vice. He implored them to work for the betterment and development of the community.

Mrs. Folashade Usman, Head of Administration, also congratulated and urged the supervisors to follow due process and work hand in hand to move Igbogbo to greater heights.

The process ended up successfully with the closing prayer by the Chairman of Ward C2, Igbogbo.

Former Minister and GAC member, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe , has denied reports claiming he endorsed Hon.
