CONFERENCE 57 SUPERVISORS FOR AGRIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT TASKS LAGOS STATE RESIDENTS ON PVC COLLECTION. | Shakiru Seidu.

The Vice Chairman, Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, and other members of Conference 57 Supervisors for Agric and Social Development, Lagos State, has appealed to Lagos State residents to actively participate in the ongoing voter’s registration process and ensure they collect their Permanent Voters Card (PVC). They stated this during the meeting they held at Ikorodu Local Government Secretariat, on 26th of April, 2018.

Hon. Princess Folashade said all the 57 Supervisors for Agric are fully set to mobilise residents of the State for the registration and ensure they vote for Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode to continue in office because of the achievements recorded so far.

While speaking with MegaXpression Magazine, she said members of her group, which include the 57 Supervisors for Agric and Social Development of Lagos State, would join forces with All Progressives Congress, APC, to mobilise for the ongoing voter’s registration and PVC collection. She further said putting up a strong awareness would help to accomplish targeted votes for Governor Ambode’s reelection.

"It’s all about the relationship, leadership, human capacity development and for us all to emulate the excellent leadership skills we have in Lagos State. It’s not all about us, it’s about the people, it’s about talking, discussing and looking for way forward and at the end of the day, increasing the quality of lives of the people. It is the mandate we have been given and the delivery is very important for us." Princess Folashade explained.

Mr Shakiru Sanni was on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, removed from his position as the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom, after his alleged gross misconduct and disrespect to the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and traditional institution of Igbogboland. Mr Shakiru Sanni of Amoju branch, Lantan Onanusi Family in Igbogbo, was made the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo few years back, and accused of insubordination, abused of tittle and total disrespect to the King, traditional institution of the land and Lantan Onanusi Family.
