Words cannot be enough to describe how historic Chief Olorunwo Adedayo Adeniji, Oluwo of Igbogbo Kingdom, who surrendered his life to death on 9th of April, 2017, and Chief Hassan Talabi, aka Alowonle, Onise Imale Eluku, Igbogbo, who died on 3rd of April, 2017, were both given a befitting burial.

The guests were received and entertained at Igbogbo Sports Stadium with melodious music, which include eminent personalities from home and abroad with full of fun.

While speaking with MegaXpression Magazine at the event, Mr Idowu Adeniji expressed appreciation to families, friends and well wishers, for the love and care bestowed on them to make it a successful burial.

Mr Shakiru Sanni was on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, removed from his position as the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo Kingdom, after his alleged gross misconduct and disrespect to the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali and traditional institution of Igbogboland. Mr Shakiru Sanni of Amoju branch, Lantan Onanusi Family in Igbogbo, was made the Olumale Eluku of Igbogbo few years back, and accused of insubordination, abused of tittle and total disrespect to the King, traditional institution of the land and Lantan Onanusi Family.
