Senator, representing Lagos East Senatorial District at the Upper Chamber in Abuja, Nigeria, Sen. Adetokunbo Mukhail Abiru, has brought an 80-Bed Primary Health Care Centre to Akaun and Isiu communities, both in Ikorodu North LCDA of Lagos State, as part of his constituency projects.
Abiru, who is also the Chairman, House Committee on Industries, promised to continue to do everything possible to facilitate more projects towards the growth and development of Lagos East Senatorial District, MegaXpression Media reports.
The Chairman, Ikorodu North LCDA, Builder Adeola Adebisi Banjo, who represented Senator Tokunbo Abiru at the ground breaking ceremony, told the Baales and the leadership of Akaun and Isiu CDAs, that the graciously facilitated 80 bed Primary Health Care Centre is to be shared between the two communities, noting that the project would be delivered within 6 months.
Representing Sen. Abiru, Chairman Ikorodu North LCDA, Builder Adeola Banjo, in the middle, with Baales and some CDA leaders.
Mainwhile, the Baales and CDAs members in attendance, described the gesture by the Senator Abiru, as a timely intervention, saying both communities have been yearning for such development for a long time.
